Designing Your Life Certified Coaches
It takes a well-designed plan to create the future we want and answer the important question: “What’s next?” I work with clients to uncover new possibilities and pathways for the future—whether it’s their “Next Act” or simply the “Next Steps” on their current path.
I love partnering with clients to help them design their future. I have worked as a senior executive at major US corporations, at an international women’s network, Encore.org and launched my own business. Those experiences provide valuable insights into navigating life, careers and all that comes on this journey we are traveling along together.
I am a Life Design and Health Coach, author of the award-winning book Busy, Stressed, and Food Obsessed!: Calm Down, Ditch Your Inner-Critic Bitch, and Finally Figure Out What Your Body Needs to Thrive, and host of the popular podcast The Healthy View. As a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Designing Your Life Coach, I help highly successful hungry go-getters to slow down, de-stress, develop a better relationship with food and exercise, reframe negative self-talk, investigate habits and triggers, and set strategies for success. My work has been featured in numerous publications including The Boston Globe, The Huffington Post, MindbodyGreen, and Reader’s Digest, and I have been a speaker at companies such as Kripalu, Canyon Ranch, WGBH, and Google. I will soon be presenting biannually at the famed Rancho La Puerta in Mexico as well.

I am passionate about helping people discover who they are, what they want for their lives, and how to move forward with purpose. Coaching can be a dynamic source of self-discovery, intention and change. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20+ years and bring my experience leading and managing people, projects and working relationships to my coaching. I am currently continuing in my pharma career while working with a small number of clients. I am especially interested in working with clients in the areas of personal and leadership development, work-life integration, and thriving in large organizations.
