Dean Kephart

As the Vice President of Insight and Change at ServeMinnesota, Dean develops discernment and newness in programs and services by implementing human-centered design (design thinking) across the organization. In addition, as a certified Designing Your Life coach, he leads the investigation and development of career pathing for the AmeriCorps members and provides regular coaching to all AmeriCorps members across the state in preparation for their life after service.
