Liz Peintner
Leadership coaching for mission-focused individuals and small teams. Liz supports emerging and established leaders in advancing their career and amplifying their social impact. Her practice as both coach and consultant is guided by the following values: co-creation and partnership, authenticity, connection, stewardship of valuable time and resources, empathy, innovation, and a focus on personal and organizational impact. Coaching and professional interests include mentoring early-stage changemakers, integrating simplicity and what’s essential into one’s personal and professional pursuits, spending time in nature, and helping people see the world through different lenses.

Raina Willick
I use DYL to help nurses who are ready to do something else. I spent 17 years as a critical care RN myself before making a career change to become an executive coach. I remember it feeling hard to know what to do next and a sometimes lonely process. While I did hire a coach, what would have been even better would have been a community. I regularly support small design teams of 4 nurses who would like to use the Design Your Life framework with both a community and an experienced coach as a facilitator. Community adds the magic. 😉 For more details about me and when my next DYL design team cohort starts, check out my website.

Jessica Gemm
I’ve always had a passion for making an impact, which has guided me through a non-traditional career path, developing a breadth of skills – and taking several big career leaps of my own. As a coach, I deepened my training through Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program, and have brought together my skills in listening, empathy, and honest assessments with my organizational leadership expertise to offer holistic coaching that is tailored to each person’s goals – whether related to career change, leadership growth, or navigating transitions.

Lara Buelow
I am a certified professional coach that specializes in mid-career transitions and life design. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a position that is exhausting and feels meaningless: it was this burn out that lead me to coaching and finding ways to honor my creative nature. I love working with creative individuals who consider themselves activists, counter culture change makers, and people who care deeply about environmental and social justice. Together, we will find new ways for you to honor your values and make positive change in the world through your work.
