I catalyze growth in people and empower them to build a profound and meaningful legacy. As a certified Career Coach, I utilize both my 10 years of experience and energetic personality to help those who are yearning for clarity and meaning in their lives develop the confidence to design fulfilling careers and lives they love. My unique approach of action-driven planning coupled with humor-filled encouragement has helped hundreds of people become resilient leaders, excelling through the hurdles of life on to making a positive impact in the world. My professional career has included work in strength-based advising, career coaching, personal branding, growth mindset development, and diversity, inclusion, and equity. I am an international speaker and an accredited leader from Cornell University. I hold two Master’s degrees in Higher Education from Texas Tech University and Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, respectively, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University. I enjoy spending time outdoors in beautiful Colorado with my husband, our adorable son, and nerding out to Star Wars in my spare time.
I’ve always had a passion for making an impact, which has guided me through a non-traditional career path, developing a breadth of skills – and taking several big career leaps of my own. As a coach, I deepened my training through Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program, and have brought together my skills in listening, empathy, and honest assessments with my organizational leadership expertise to offer holistic coaching that is tailored to each person’s goals – whether related to career change, leadership growth, or navigating transitions.
I am a certified professional coach that specializes in mid-career transitions and life design. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a position that is exhausting and feels meaningless: it was this burn out that lead me to coaching and finding ways to honor my creative nature. I love working with creative individuals who consider themselves activists, counter culture change makers, and people who care deeply about environmental and social justice. Together, we will find new ways for you to honor your values and make positive change in the world through your work.

I use DYL to help nurses who are ready to do something else. I spent 17 years as a critical care RN myself before making a career change to become an executive coach. I remember it feeling hard to know what to do next and a sometimes lonely process. While I did hire a coach, what would have been even better would have been a community. I regularly support small design teams of 4 nurses who would like to use the Design Your Life framework with both a community and an experienced coach as a facilitator. Community adds the magic. 😉 For more details about me and when my next DYL design team cohort starts, check out my website.
