Ragnhildur´s passion is to assist people designing their lives. She has worked in HR for 20 years. She was the educational and equality counsellor for Akureyri. One of her projects was organizing and running a Folk High School for Women. She worked at the National Power Company from 2000-2014 where she was an internal coach and participated in all areas of HR (hiring, talent management, strategy, equality etc). She is now working as a coach and counsellor and teaches courses: 50+ and runs workshops on Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ for companies, individuals and coaches.
Fiona is a career coach, based in the UK, who offers early and mid-career development coaching via on-line 1:1 sessions as well as group coaching. She helps her clients take a creative approach to exploring their strengths and their options before supporting them to take the first steps to improve their work-life. Stella is an international career development professional with over 15 years of global experience working with clients through career coaching and training delivery to help them define clearly their dreams and equip them with the tools to make their dreams a reality. Stella is currently heading the Career Development team at INSEAD that supports the career journey of Executives in France, Abu Dhabi and Singapore and spends her time between these three locations. In the past, she held leadership roles in higher education while living in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the west coast of the US. Chris is Head of Careers at Latymer-Upper school, one of the leading co-educational independent schools in the UK. Chris specialises in widening students’ perspectives and raising their aspirations. This has led to professional recognition via a couple of awards. Chris works with students aged 11-18 and - on a part-time basis - with adults, advising and guiding them through their educational and career transitions. Chris’s personal and educational experiences have resulted in a clear understanding of the importance of careers guidance. He struggled to engage at school and left with few qualifications. After several years of working in various jobs, travelling the globe and meeting people from diverse backgrounds, he had a serendipitous meeting with a careers advisor who suggested a potential route back into education. What followed was an educational rebirth and a desire to help others reach their potential.

Being a Brand Strategist with (15+ years) experience in building global brands (a.i. at Unilever), Ines believes in the power of ``positioning``. And although, 5 years ago, she changed “developing brands” for “developing people”, this still is her guiding principle in her coaching practice: “Regardless if it's a brand, someone's career or a team, all will accelerate when you dare to stand out!
But to be able to stand out, Ines realises that it’s the underlying questions that need to be answered first: ‘Where do you believe in?’ ‘What are your natural strengths and preferences?’ And even as important: ‘What are your values and beliefs?’

Natalie Walsh is the Director of Entrepreneurial Development in NUI Galway. Natalie works in a leadership role within NUI Galway to activate and cultivate a culture of student innovation and entrepreneurship, service excellence and programme innovation in addition to working with Enterprise partners across the West of Ireland spanning sectors including Medtech, Technology and the Creative Industries. Alessandra is also a certified Ontological Coach and Companion in Bioneuroemotion, which led her to found her own coaching business where she helps others design a life and career with purpose and meaning, through personalised workshops, online classes and coaching sessions.
Dr Daphné Gutfroind is a PhD in philosophy of language and a polyglot (French, English, Hebrew, German). A trained recruiter and coach, she offers work & life coaching for groups or individuals who are women, mothers or feminist men willing to be the change they want to see in their own life & in our world. Her practice is based on the principles of emotional intelligence & radical collaboration. She works & lives according to Terence’s principle, ‘nothing that is human is foreign to me’, making her coaching practice organically inclusive & diverse.

Francesca has over a decade of experience working with communication and leadership. In addition to leading presentation workshops for academics, she also conducts empowerment workshops for women. In her coaching practice, Francesca provides individual coaching for women in academia and business to improve their public speaking, boost confidence, develop their presence, and create a career plan. For academic leaders, she helps them apply the practice of mindful communication and value-based management in their leadership roles. Besides being a certified transformational coach, Francesca is a trained actress and holds a BFA in Acting from Boston and an MFA from the ART/MXT Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University. Originally from America, she has worked internationally in Russia, Germany, and Austria. She currently resides in Berlin, Germany.
