Joseph Lei

Joseph is a designer who believes in social innovation, and promoting Design Thinking. He is experienced in projects in industrial design, health care, aging, etc., all with social causes. Joseph enjoys teaching / facilitating Design Thinking workshops to individuals as well as organizations such as the Hong Kong Government (Efficiency Office), PolyU, HKUST, YPO, Deloitte, Y.E.S. (Youth Employment Start), etc. Before going into the design field, Joseph started out with an MBA and used to work in the US in show biz, and licensing. He is also a photographer videographer, and have done commercial work. Joseph produces and hosts video programs on social media.

Steve is a professional facilitator and executive coach specializing in leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and innovation. He is an accomplished senior executive and corporate learning and development professional. Steve has a strong reputation for delivering world-class learning solutions that transforms mindsets and behaviors in support of organizational performance and change. His experience as a business leader comes from 20 years working for a premium five-star airline as a Head of Learning and Development. He has worked in over 100 cities and 40 countries leading global assessment, learning, and development programs that build employee engagement, operational excellence and customer-centric service cultures. Steve is known for helping individuals and teams get clear on what they want and why, and for taking massive action to achieve the results they desire.

With more than a decade experience in working with young people, Flora developed insights in empowering young people and unleashing their potential. Having a vision to create positive impact to education, Flora begins to work with different stakeholders, like teachers and parents, to co-create a sustainable future for the next generation. Etta Wong
Etta is an international education executive and career coach. She applies strengths, theatric-approach and design thinking process in her coaching practices. She is currently the Director of Hong Kong Global Initiatives Office at University of Southern California. During her time working in corporate, she spent many years coaching redundant employees who were in career transitions after company's restructuring. Thus, one of her passions is to help local young talents finding their strengths and happiness in work life.
Etta holds a BA in Economics at University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Master of Social Sciences at HKUST. She is currently living in Hong Kong; and she speaks fluent Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin.

Karin Chan
Karin is the founder and CEO of Futurist Lab, an impact-driven career laboratory that pioneers the application of Design Thinking into life and career planning. She partners with corporates and educators to offer extensive workshops to develop young talents' career journeys and help them think one step ahead into their professional and entrepreneurial future.
Prior to her latest venture, Karin was a core member of an EdTech firm incubated by Cyberport with a focus on ABCD (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud & Big Data). Not only is she actively engaging in the startup community, Karin also spent the last decade in the HR consulting industry offering soft skills training and serving clients spanning across multinational companies to rising startups. Her core belief in open-minded education and career planning leads her to identify individuals’ unique qualities and help them focus on their strengths with the leverage of the latest technology. Karin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It shapes her approach of curating authentic personal brands for professionals to engage with different stakeholders.

Salmon has nearly 20 years of experiences working with multinational companies and 19 years in the field of training and development. He has worked for several leading financial companies where he led his training team to achieve company goals. In addition, he is also a professional trainer in different areas, including management skills, presentation and communication skills, needs-based selling, personal breakthrough and team building etc.

Phyllis Lo
Phyllis has tremendous passion in people development and had over 20 years of experience as personal and team development facilitator. She believes learning is a continuous journey for everyone and every organisation, and it is fun. Combining her corporate and individual coaching and training experience, she is able to deliver engaging workshops as well as to inspire individuals to achieve their goals in life through continuous coaching.

Crystal Lui
Throughout her years in the education field, Crystal has developed an immense passion in people’s career-life planning development. Currently she works closely with youth on launching a meaningful career of their choice and loving every minute of it. Crystal is also a certified behavioural consultant.

Michael Ip
A passionate changemaker working in social innovation scene. Co-founded two social business entities specialized in youth topics; connected with experts across sectors such as NGO operation teams, corporate managers, and social enterprise founders; nurtured successful working relationships and supported clients in executing business and impact strategy; have years of experience in business development and event management, as well as operation.

Fred Wu
Fred is a certified career facilitator, registered corporate coach, registered personal coach and experienced corporate trainer. He is specialized in career coaching, personal development and mindfulness. He enjoyed working with people. He has conducted trainings to 1000 employees from junior grade to senior Directors. He has worked as a Careers and Employability Consultant in a local University to provide career counselling services to 2000 graduates. Before working in the University, he was the team head of Training and Development in a local enterprise with 1500 employees. He has coached 600+ young talents to unleash their potential and to facilitate mindsets change. He was the representatives from a Germany based company to manage projects in Hong Kong, Pakistan and India. Fred hold a Master Degree in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Computer Engineering.
