Martha is Co-Founder and Managing Director for Instituto Interamericano de Alto Desempeño in México and Spain. She is an International Coaching Federation PCC - Professional Certified Coach, a Master Trainer for Personality at Work with Paradigm Personality Labs and a Change Management Practitioner at Prosci. She utilizes Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and Design Thinking methodologies to help her individual clients and companies reach their goals and thrive.
Margarita is a psychologist who specializes in positive psychology, the scientific study of human flourishing. In her coaching, she integrates research findings about well-being with a focus on dialogue and personal narratives, to help her clients live fuller lives. She has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago, is the President of the Mexican Positive Psychology Society, a member of the board of advisors of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and a lecturer for the University of Pennsylvania´s LPS online programs. She is the author of Positive Identities: Positive Psychology and Narrative Practices, and has a podcast, PositivaMente con Margarita Tarragona. She coaches in English and Spanish.
Diana was a strategist and marketing director, and later moved on to Consulting Director, and then founded CXSTRATAGM to help organizations thrive through active, hands on workshops redefining, redesigning, and calibrating their capabilities. She has become more and more involved in the human level to help trigger the most important asset companies have, their employees, people. Her company is moving to focus on providing a life-changing platform to people with midlife crisis, partnering as well with ontological certified couches and talent recruiters’ counselors.
Tess moved to Mexico in 2018 to learn Spanish and do something about the global migration crisis. As the Community Manager for the Oaxaca Learning Center, she creates and curates content, writes grants and trains grant writers. She also runs meditation and ``Designing Your Life`` courses for the Center's students: rural, indigenous Oaxacan youth/ rockstars. Beyond the learning center, she provides 1:1 coaching and creative telehealth support to migrants and refugees stuck at the border.
