Ann Zimmerman
If you are like most people I partner with, you want your work to be an opportunity to learn about, grow, and express yourself. You also long for work that brings meaning to your life and makes a positive impact. But for reasons that are unique to each of us, there are times when we feel dissatisfied and stuck when it comes to work. Perhaps your career is not aligned with who you are or who you have become. Or you are at a transition point where what work means to you is changing. Perhaps you long to explore a new profession, but you are overwhelmed by where to start. I believe these challenges are an exciting invitation to get curious about what you want. I have seen this from my work journey and from partnering with many others on theirs. I am an accredited coach with extensive experience working with executives, entrepreneurs, and technical and non-technical professionals. I believe in combining learning with strategic actions to drive change that can be sustained over time.
