an HR executive, consultant, training facilitator and entrepreneur. As a Certified Designing Your Life Coach, I facilitate in-person and online programs for small groups. I’m the founder of Your Turn, a program to help women who took a career break and want to find an authentic journey back to work.
Joe is a certified executive coach and retirement coach who partners with leaders
and professionals to help them explore options and create Second Acts following their “primary
careers”. As a former senior HR executive in financial services who has created a Second and Third Act personally, he enjoys helping people discover meaningful ways forward in their next chapters.
Over the past 15+ years Howard created the Renewal Planning™ model, framework, and exercises from proprietary research. Howard combined his almost 40 years experience and acumen in personal strategic planning as well as planning in all aspects of retirement, with his study of transformational brands in personal development including Prof Srikumar Rao (Creativity and Personal Mastery/Columbia Business School), Prof William Burnett (Designing Your Life/Stanford University), Prof Bill George (Authentic Leadership/Harvard Business School), Tony Robbins (Date with Destiny/Mastery University) and Brendon Burchard (High Performance Academy), to just name a few, to develop Renewal Planning™.
