Nancy Farina Johnston
I work closely with clients to help them identify and pursue their career passions. I serve as an objective advisor, connecting the dots on the areas that spark their interests, capitalize on their strengths, and provide a sustainable path for future growth. Using an appreciative inquiry approach we craft a strategy for finding the next source of professional inspiration, and personal satisfaction.
My professional career has included work in transition consulting and coaching, career management, leadership development, and marketing and communications. I am convinced that all individuals can find fulfillment and joy by contributing their talents while integrating the professional and personal aspects of their lives.
I am currently the Director of Alumni Career Management at Columbia Business School.
I am certified in the Tiara Model for True Leadership (SM), various Hogan Inventories, and the Korn Ferry Voices 360. I earned a Masters in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Loyola University.

Tanea Flanders
Tanea Flanders, M.A., PCC, is a certified Designing Your Life coach and Designing Your Life facilitator who partners with leaders at every organizational level to change their work lives and workplace culture in bold and subtle ways.
Her company, Design You Coaching™ uses a data-driven approach to leadership and team development through assessments, coaching and workshops that empower individual and organizational change. She is a certified
DiSC, CPP 260, LIFO, 360-feedack and Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute Engage Program mindfulness practitioner. Her diverse toolset and practices support clients in achieving work and life goals that have been disregarded or overlooked, build personal and team leadership skills, and cultivate confidence, presence, influence and impact in key areas of their lives.
She earned her master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehigh University, and coaching certification from New York University.

Michele Rankin
Michele Rankin is an executive coach at Columbia Business School who advises Executive MBA students and alumni on professional development and the job search process. Michele was previously a Vice President at American Express where she worked for 16 years in both London and NY in a variety of roles including marketing and operations, culminating in her role as Vice President Customer Experience. Most recently she was a Vice President with the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee where she recruited, trained and deployed a volunteer program spanning 8 days and 8,000 people for Super Bowl XLVIII. Anne Shields
Anne Shields, MS, ACC, BCC: A native New Englander, Anne frequently moved in pursuit of her educational and professional goals. In her first career, Anne led the career centers at 3 of the top nationally-ranked liberal arts colleges, Carnegie Mellon University, and the alumni career services program at the University of Rochester. She has supported thousands of students and adults in discovering their strengths, setting their directions, and achieving their goals. She attributes her success to “listening between the lines” and being genuinely confident in others’ abilities to succeed. At the Institute of Life Coach Training, Anne teaches Job Search Coaching to other professionals. She created Lighthouse Career Coaching to help guide students and liberal arts graduates toward purposeful work. Anne holds the AAC, BBC, and Myers-Briggs credentials.

Emily Lamia
Emily supports individuals navigating the next step in their career through coaching and group programs. She spent the first 10 years of her career on political campaigns and in nonprofits such as the Democratic National Committee and Girl Scouts of the USA, finding her love of coaching as the executive director of a national career development association within the progressive nonprofit industry. Emily is also a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and works with individuals and teams to build strengths-based cultures.

Helen Lee Moon
I am a Certified Life and Wellness Coach, focused on empowering high-achieving professional women to re-energize their health, shatter limiting beliefs, and take courageous action to build a joyful and meaningful life they love. The combination of my coaching certifications as 1) National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, 2) Certified Neuroencoding Specialist, and 3) Designing Your Life Certified Coach allows me to serve as a strategic partner and a guide to support my clients achieve the results they desire. I have worked in many high-intensity roles and have made bold career changes to redesign my life. Specifically, I worked on Wall Street for 11 years (8 years at Goldman Sachs); cooked at top Michelin restaurants in NYC to pursue my dream of becoming a chef; decided on a career break to reassess my health and broader life priorities; and I’m currently building my professional coaching business. These experiences make me uniquely qualified to understand my clients’ challenges, wants, and needs to help them reignite the energy and momentum in their life.

Luciana’s 20 years of international experience as a leader and CEO give her a first-hand understanding of the pressures, challenges and exhilaration of leading a business. Luciana redesigned her own life (even before the book was out!), and became a Columbia University Certified Coach, investor and board member. She is down- to-earth, inspiring and results oriented, and her coaching style is rooted in trust, combining both empathy and challenge. As an Executive Coach, Luciana works with her clients to design purposeful business strategies and team cultures that enable extraordinary business results. Chelsea is a Certified career coach and Duke University trained health coach. She specializes in working with high-achieving professionals, helping them design their career, navigate job transitions and manage stress, avoiding burnout. With 10+ years experience leading teams as a management consultant and across technology startups, she has partnered with individuals and organizations to launch new products & businesses across tech, education and consulting. Through working in high-intensity industries, she developed a passion for supporting professionals find a path towards achieving work goals while prioritizing personal well-being. She approaches coaching as a partnership and is committed to helping clients navigate work challenges, clarify how to get unstuck and design a fulfilling career to live a more balanced, joyful and healthy life. Chelsea received her BA from Amherst College, her MA in Teaching from Relay School of Education and is a Certified Designing Your Life Coach. She is based in New York City and leads the development of Global Product Partnerships at Google.

Junaid Aziz
I work at the intersection of design thinking and brand strategy, the latter of which I was trained and tested for during years spent with Vacheron, Rolex, Dawn, Montblanc, F.P Journe, across Europe, Asia and the US. I've learned to harness creative energy for integrated communication, drawing on time working with industry leaders, applied through entrepreneurial ventures and honed during academic studies. I studied Globalisation and Consumer Behavior at UPenn for one of my Masters, I also have an M.B.A and another M.A in Creative Management from The Richemont Creative Academy in Milan

Abbe has 15+ years of experience in talent and leadership development, education and training, and career development. She has coached individuals and teams within large multi-national corporations, mid-sized firms and startups across levels, functions, industries, generations and geographies. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and has her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in workplace diversity. Kason Morris

Since 2006, I have been fortunate to help upskill and reskill thousands of career professionals, lead L&D functions at SaaS start-ups and play many executive consulting roles across industries and disciplines for high-powered fortune 100 organizations, including Bank of America, Accenture, and Salesforce. In an increasingly polarized and unequal world, I strive to empower others to use career and life design skills to craft rewarding personal and professional lives that serve them.

Leslie Bailey Streissguth
Leslie Bailey Streissguth began her career journey at the University of Virginia, where she majored in Rhetoric and Communications. After working in the broadcast news industry, she went on to earn a Master’s of Teaching from Towson University. Over the years, she pursued a variety of careers—working in a fast-paced newsroom in Washington, D.C.; serving as a middle school English teacher in Maryland; serving as a volunteer in the Syracuse, NY community and Syracuse City Schools; and teaching public speaking at Le Moyne College—before joining the Career Advising team as an Associate Director. These collective experiences led Leslie Bailey Streissguth to work she loves and an appreciation for the perspectives she can offer students and alumni as they embark on their own paths.

Julie Halpin Anderson
Before she was a leadership and creativity coach, Julie spent over 30 years as a leader in creative businesses herself. She led teams at Saatchi & Saatchi, and then served as CEO of WPP’s Geppetto Group and Next Step. In her coaching, Julie creates a safe space for people to examine themselves as leaders so they can access their own creativity and accelerate their growth into what’s next. She partners with clients to identify the behaviors, thoughts and values that serve them, as well as those that may be blind spots impeding their fullest expression of themselves. Her work deals primarily with tools and practices to enhance creativity, productivity, effective communication, teamwork, career planning and personal brand development. She is known for her presumptively positive style and her ability to really hear what’s going on and what matters most. She has a B.A. from Holy Cross College, an M.A. from NYU, and coaching certification from Georgetown and the ICF. She was recognized as an Ad Age Woman-to-Watch and was selected to deliver a TEDx talk on creativity.

Suzanne Kennard
Suzanne Kennard has 20 plus years’ experience in senior leadership positions within various industries, including financial services, business services, manufacturing, and the utility sector. These positions included leadership roles in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Product Development, Corporate Development, and Client Management.
As the founder of a leadership coaching and consulting practice, One of One, Suzanne focuses on supporting individuals and teams in their leadership and life endeavors and pursuits. Suzanne works with an array of individuals including college students pursuing their first opportunity, leaders seeking support in their current roles and senior global leaders transitioning to new roles and/or broadening their scope of responsibility. Suzanne earned her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University, is an International Coaching Federation PCC certified and a past board member of the ICF Connecticut Chapter. Certified in numerous assessment tools Suzanne holds an MS in Finance, an MBA in Marketing, a BA in Social Rehabilitation and has completed several executive education programs.

Tracy Handler
I am a career management professional with over 20 years experience in coaching and developing career management programs for students and experienced professionals pursuing career transitions, with a specific expertise in business careers. My approach is to engage individuals and groups to understand themselves and how their skills, values, and interests align with their careers. My goal is to empower individuals to proactively pursue their goals, whatever they may be. As a coach, I use conversation, assessment, exercises, and hopefully some humor to help professionals make their way in the world of work.
Currently, I work as a Career Coach for NYU’s Stern School of Business, where I coach part-time and executive MBA students and alumni. I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Albany, State University of New York, and a Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
