Designing Your Life Certified Coaches
OREGON

Tzu-Chin (Claire) Wu
In your life, wouldn’t it be nice to have someone who understands your goals and helps you succeed? I have worked with a wide range of students, seasoned professionals, career changers since 2010 as a career coach. I believe the core values of my work is to bring out the best in people. With my clients’ best interest in mind, I serve as a co-pilot and take a short ride with them when they are on their ways to reach their next career milestones. I am particularly passionate about advancing women in the workplace and help women maximize the impact of their work.

Mary’s clients cross a wide spectrum from C-Suite, Vice Presidents, to Managers and Individual Contributors. Melissa Chureau
Melissa is a coach, lawyer, and facilitator. She uses powerful inquiry and mindfulness in collaboration with clients to uncover and pursue their vision—whether professional or personal. As a lawyer for 20 years, she has witnessed many who work and live out of alignment with their values and purpose—often because they don’t know their worth, regardless of their successes. Many feel like imposters waiting to get exposed, and afraid that who they really are isn’t enough. Many are leaders in their organizations, but can’t figure out why the people they care about and support are burned out, where they used to be motivated and happy. This is where coaching has a powerful impact. Melissa collaborates with clients and organizations, provides space for self-awareness and growth in a supportive and transformational relationship, which results in real growth and real impact. Melissa earned her BA from U.C. Berkeley and J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law. She is a certified mindfulness trainer and coach in Oregon, where she roams the mountains with her husband, daughter, and chihuahua-pug.

Emily Lamia
Emily supports individuals navigating the next step in their career through coaching and group programs. She spent the first 10 years of her career on political campaigns and in nonprofits such as the Democratic National Committee and Girl Scouts of the USA, finding her love of coaching as the executive director of a national career development association within the progressive nonprofit industry. Emily is also a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and works with individuals and teams to build strengths-based cultures.
