Greg Fichtl
I am a certified coach who has spent the last thirty years in both leadership and operational positions for diverse organizations including the US Army, Accenture, IBM, FORE Systems and Crown Castle. I believe that design thinking is an ideal approach to help individuals develop a way forward, as they consider all aspects of their lives: personal, professional, spiritual. I am originally from New Jersey, but have been living in Pittsburgh for the last twenty years with my wife, three kids, and two dogs.

Clinton Kehr
Clinton Kehr is the founder of Bridgap, an organization focused on human growth and a mission to create impactful change. By utilizing the same processes used as a business consultant, he has created an agile path for people to generate successful and impactful changes in their lives. In addition to running Bridgap,
Clinton has over 15 years in learning and development and currently serves as the Director of Training for a large multi-state not-for-profit organization headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. He is responsible for working with all levels of leadership on development, impact assessments, and focusing on the greater picture, by studying data and improving organizational culture and climate. Clinton is also certified in Human Synergistics 360 assessments and The Cultural Journey Experience, and runs a weekly change podcast called The Liminal One Project.

Lisa Slayton
Lisa Pratt Slayton is the founding partner and chief executive officer of Tamim Partners LLC., founded for the purpose of coming alongside leaders and their teams to grow in wholeness and cohesion as they seek to serve their organizations for the common good of the city and the world.
Lisa was previously the CEO of Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, where she oversaw all strategic initiatives, partnerships and development. She designed and launched the Leaders Collaborative and delivered organizational development consulting, training, and executive coaching services to a wide variety of organizations and local congregations and non profits.
She currently serves as a Board Director for Made to Flourish and Leadership Foundations. She is passionate about great books, excellent wine and beautiful shoes. A small community on the coast of Maine is her place of renewal and restoration.
Lisa attended Mount Holyoke College and Bakke Graduate University (M.A., Social and Civic Entrepreneurship). Residing in the Pittsburgh metro area, she has been married to Roger for 38 years, has one son, Zachary, two beloved Labradors, Thea and Grace and are members of Memorial Park Church, an Evangelical Presbyterian Congregation.

Jennifer is a business consultant and college professor. Her passion for change management and business strategy always goes back to the people in a company's organizational design. Aligning people within teams to support each other with their talents and interests improves productivity, retention of exceptional talent, loyal customer relationships and is the key driver of competitive advantage.

MaryJo C. Campana
MaryJo is professionally trained as a School Psychologist, University Career Counselor, and Spiritual teacher. She has a deep understanding of how people learn, and the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and actions at home, work, and play. MaryJo’s passion is to empower people to tap into their inner wisdom. To make connections related to their values, interest, and skills propelling them forward to live an authentic life of meaning and purpose regardless of age or life experiences.

Jennifer Willford
I want to build and live a life of joy and purpose and I want that for you too. I derive joy and purpose in life through my relationships with others and my adventurous spirit that has me trying new things, meeting people, reading lots of books, and traveling. My calling in life is to teach and mentor others and I like to be involved in projects and planning at the beginning stages where creativity is forefront. I have over 20 years of experiences in higher education in the fields of psychology and neuroscience and am an award winning teacher and mentor. My Life Design practice focuses on the application of positive psychology and career development principles through writing, reflection, and mentoring to the unique and individual journey of building a life well-lived. I specialize in working with young adults as they begin their education and career path, small groups who are in service to their communities, and women who are in career/personal transition.

Jennifer Scott Mobley, Ph.D.
Jennifer Scott Mobley is a leadership and executive coach that helps leaders and organizations cultivate the mindset and skill set needed to flourish in an ever-changing world. Informed by approximately 20 years of progressive experience as a higher education leader, Jennifer’s coaching, training, and research focus on the key leadership competencies that leaders need to navigate change in their field and the next step in their careers. As a DYL certified coach and Gallup-certified strengths coach, Jennifer uses strengths-based and design thinking approaches to support leaders and teams in the successful pursuit of strategic and transformative initiatives, and she has worked with numerous clients in education and business including Microsoft, GE Aviation, New York University, and the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. She also serves as a coach for the University of Tennessee's Executive Leadership Institute and an executive coach for the President's Executive Leadership Academy at TCAT Knoxville. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Ohio University and she has held a variety of leadership positions in higher education throughout her career, including program director, department chair, and assistant dean.

Perri Strawn, PhD, PCC
I help leaders who are stuck face their fears and design maps for the way forward so they can unleash their abilities, energy and love to transform the world. As a coach, I serve leaders in mid-sized, mission-driven organizations. My training in anthropology and my work as a leadership consultant enable me to help clients navigate organizational complexity with skill and nuance. I am certified in integral coaching with advanced training in adult development theory, which I bring to bear in supporting leaders to make real and lasting change. I am a mindfulness teacher and certified as a Search Inside Yourself instructor. A hallmark of my work is my ability to help leaders gain a deeper awareness of their motivations and obstacles, and support them to generate new possibilities for action.

Robin Wilson-Tolbert, CPC, ACC
Robin Wilson-Tolbert, CPC, ACC, is an independent, certified professional coach, specializing in leadership and career design and development coaching. She takes a holistic approach to coaching, believing that it is never just about the job or career! Robin enjoys working with clients at each phase of their lives and careers. From charting a path within a chosen field to managing a complete life reboot, she helps clients discover and articulate what they really want; recognize and disarm their inner critic; and take actions to achieve their goals. Robin’s clients come from a variety of disciplines and industries and span the globe. Robin comes to coaching with over 25 years of HR leadership experience. She was first introduced to and trained in the coaching discipline by her former employer, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). That introduction developed into a passion that led to her own career pivot to coaching! She is also a mentor for early career women with The Power of Professional Women, Philadelphia; and an advisor and former board member for the Age Equity Alliance.

Kason Morris

Since 2006, I have been fortunate to help upskill and reskill thousands of career professionals, lead L&D functions at SaaS start-ups and play many executive consulting roles across industries and disciplines for high-powered fortune 100 organizations, including Bank of America, Accenture, and Salesforce.
