I develop training programs and tools that help people identify their strengths and innate talents so that they build their careers aligned with their very own desires and values. I have created a quiz that helps people thrive in their roles by being true to themselves. The quiz has been done by 25,000+ professionals in Australia and became compulsory in some organisations. My experience of moving countries, building a dream career and assisting other people in developing their careers led me to the possibility to fulfill my life purpose - to help women create new results in their lives and uncover their true potential while enjoying the journey. I provide individual coaching, workshops and self-coaching programs online.

Most of my clients come when they are stuck in their career path, I help with life /work balance, burnout, self-esteem at work/life and also I work with single moms and create women communities. I have built successful business career - 20 years experience from assistant to top manager in global digital companies (Zalando, Farfetch etc) and also working as independent entrepreneur so I went through all these topics which are mentioned above. Working with various multi-national teams I used a lot of different mentoring and coaching techniques. In 2020 I received ICF executive coaching certification and positive psychology degree. Since then I practice as a coach and also created transformation community of people who are investing into their mental and spiritual development.
