I am a Human Resources leader with over three decades of experience as a trusted advisor and business partner. I have successfully guided countless individuals and organizations through periods of change and growth. Through my work, I discovered my passion for mentoring and coaching. My genuine curiosity about humankind and deep understanding of human behavior have been the driving forces behind my career. Equipping individuals to “find their way” and design lives that align with their strengths and values is what motivates me every day. I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical, real-world approaches to developing a growth mindset, a bias for action, and personal resilience. My aim is to provide tools and confidence that enable individuals to get and stay “unstuck,” avoid letting “great” get in the way of “good,” and maintain forward momentum toward being the heroes of their own stories.
