Through the lens of faith I work with those walking through life transitions, wondering what’s next in their vocation, and/or wrestling with their sense of calling. Using workshops and individual coaching we will use DYL tools to reveal an integrated version of you.

My work as an Executive Pastor includes coaching individuals as a pastor, as the Head of Staff of two large church staffs, through residency and intern programs, as well as with the annual cohorts of individuals pursuing a deeper understanding of their faith and work.
The profile approach to life and career excites me so much, it isn’t about one “correct answer.” Allow yourself to explore and iterate; the next exciting step is just around the corner. My own path has taken me to teaching English in Japan, to fundraising in Chicago and to all 50 states and 6 continents so far. I went to a small liberal arts college and a D1 research university for business school. My sweet spot right now is business school - I am the Director of the Online MBA at Washington State University.

Equal parts compassion, directness and passion is my recipe for working with individuals as they explore and define what it is they are here to do. As a career coach, I am reminded every day that it is the simple joys that bring us a sense of purpose – what brings you joy throughout your day? How can you ensure you’re doing more of THAT and less of those tasks/responsibilities that end up decreasing your engagement at your job, in relationships and ultimately life?
