Cheryl Rice inspires women to be leaders in their own lives. For over 20 years she has helped women cultivate leadership presence, develop confidence, and establish mindful approaches to work and life. Clients include: Pfizer, Campbells Soup, and the Wharton School.
Cheryl has held significant positions in the healthcare and financial services industries including Director of Organization Development for AstraZeneca, and AVP of Leadership Development at ACE International.
Cheryl is the author of the memoir, Where Have I Been All My Life? and has had essays in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the ChicagoTribune, and Maria Shriver’s blog, Architects of Change.
In 2016 Cheryl founded the You Matter Marathon, a global kindness and community- building program.
Cheryl holds MS degrees in Counseling and in Organization Development. She is a certified coach, has a certificate in Positive Psychology and has taught university classes. She also treasures her kittens, long walks with friends, and dark chocolate.
Cheryl lives outside of Philadelphia, PA.
