As an OB/GYN physician, Denise Netta has spent years supporting people through some of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable moments. In her coaching work, she offers a place where clients can pause, reflect, and explore what matters most to them.
Alongside her clinical work, Denise has led peer support programs, clinician wellness initiatives, and reflective group facilitation. She serves as the District 3 Wellness Delegate for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and speaks and teaches on clinician well-being, connection, and sustainable practice. She values psychological safety and reflective space in supporting clinicians through the emotional realities of their work.
Denise works with clinicians and professionals seeking to step back, connect with who they are at their core, and move toward the life they truly want. Her coaching is grounded in deep listening, shared reflection, and the belief that meaningful growth develops through awareness, compassion, and honest conversation.
She values deep relationships, lifelong learning, and the moments that remind us of what truly matters.
