She most recently served as Managing Director, International Stakeholder Affairs at CPP Investments, where she led engagement with global banks, institutional investors, governments, and industry bodies. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic problem solving and facilitative coaching.
Alongside her corporate roles, Neesha has been a trusted thought partner to individuals and employees seeking clarity and renewal — actively mentoring MBA students and supporting women, friends, and peers as they explored new directions and reimagined what fulfilment could look like in both work and life. She thrives on helping people gain clarity, build confidence, and take bold next steps.
