As a licensed clinical social worker and a certified divorce coach, I help people process the emotions around life and family transitions, learn skills to cope with change, and take steps forward to design their next chapter. I have over 20 years of experience working collaboratively with clients in higher education, nonprofit agencies, and private practice settings. I support clients around relationship issues, separation and divorce, co-parenting, academic and professional stressors, grief and loss, and other life transitions.

I have a therapy private practice and am licensed to work with clients located in Washington State, New York and Texas. In addition, I have a coaching business and work online with individuals and couples at any stage of the divorce process who can be located anywhere in the world. I work with people to make child-centered decisions and create healthy two home families. I use DYL concepts and tools to help people get unstuck and think like a designer, and teach clients self-compassion and mindfulness practices to help them stay present during a time of transition.

I have a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and a MA in Sociology and BA in Psychology from the University of Southern California. I am a mom of 2 amazing young adult daughters and am proud of the post-divorce modern family I have worked hard to design.
