Dr. Violeta Garcia is a dynamic Executive Coach, CEO of Ecosistema Design LLC, and systems designer with over 20 years of experience in facilitation and coaching. Holding degrees in biological sciences, a master’s in education, and a doctoral degree supported by the National Science Foundation, she uniquely blends her scientific background with life design frameworks.
As a STEM specialist and scientist, Dr. Garcia bridges her passion for science and human-centered design to help individuals intentionally build meaningful lives. For over twelve years, she has integrated design thinking principles into her work and is currently pursuing official certification to deepen her impact.
Dr. Garcia is dedicated to empowering women of color and Latinas to step into lives of genuine joy, freedom, and economic independence by championing financial literacy and leadership design. To restore her own ecosystem, she loves spending time exploring nature, traveling, getting lost in a good book, and enjoying a quiet cup of cafecito.
