I am a therapist and coach based just outside Chicago who believes most of the work that matters happens at the edges: the stuck relationship, the career decision you keep avoiding, the ending you haven’t let yourself feel yet.
I work with the nuances of adult relationships at Three Points Relationships, a relational therapy practice in Skokie, IL, and coach industry leaders and new college grads at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
My approach borrows from Designing Your Life’s reframing tools and prototyping mindset, relational therapy, self-compassion (both fierce and soft), all through the lens of bringing steadiness, directness, and humor to sessions. Clients and colleagues often tell me I’m unflappable, occasionally unserious, and allergic to advice that sounds good but doesn’t hold up in real life. No tips, no tricks.
I work with individuals and small groups, executives and new college grads, in person and virtually, on questions of direction, relationships, and what comes next.
