Julie Anderson

Before she was a leadership and creativity coach, Julie spent over 30 years as a leader in creative businesses herself. She led teams at Saatchi & Saatchi advertising, and then served as CEO of WPP’s Geppetto Group and Next Step. In her coaching, Julie creates a safe space for people to examine themselves as leaders so they can access their own creativity and accelerate their growth into what’s next. She partners with clients to identify the behaviors, thoughts and values that serve them, as well as those that may be blind spots impeding their fullest expression of themselves. Her work deals primarily with tools and practices to enhance creativity, productivity, effective communication, teamwork, career planning and personal brand development. She is known for her presumptively positive style and her ability to really hear what’s going on and what matters most. She has a B.A. from Holy Cross College, an M.A. from NYU, and coaching certification from Georgetown and the ICF. She was recognized as an Ad Age Woman-to-Watch and was selected to deliver a TEDx talk on creativity.
