Nancy Johnston

Nancy Farina Johnston is an experienced leadership and transition coach who works closely with clients to connect the dots on the areas that spark their interests, capitalize on their strengths, and provide a sustainable path for future growth. As a certified DYL coach since 2019, she has found the process to be a transformational tool to increase clients’ creativity. She specializes in working with individuals who are ready to pivot to a new chapter in their lives and need an insightful and supportive coach along the way.
Nancy has spent the past 15 years providing career coaching in academic settings, working with experienced alumni from Columbia Business School, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has worked with individuals in a variety of industries, and at all levels of experience. Earlier in her career, Nancy served in a variety of marketing roles, primarily in entrepreneurial software companies.
Nancy is also certified in the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and is a Tiara International Certified Coach. Nancy earned her Master’s in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, her MBA in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University, and her BA in Marketing from Loyola University.
