I help clients to: – Manage stress and enhance well-being (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) – Make practical shifts (at work and in life) for greater alignment with what matters most to you – Address burnout and caregiving fatigue – Expand upon and customize self-care and stress relief strategies – Learn and apply tools from Life Design, self-compassion, mindfulness, and yoga – Set and meet goals for greater satisfaction and flourishing I bring an embodied and integrative approach to coaching, drawing from my experience as a certified Designing Your Life Coach and Facilitator, Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, Wellness and Health Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Working together, we will find a path that is authentic and organic, centered on you, your values, and your goals. Prior to becoming a coach and facilitator I served as a staff therapist for college students at Vassar College and in leadership roles in development and fundraising.
