Karen is passionate about inspiring others to leverage their strengths and flourish in their lives. She truly enjoys guiding her clients toward professional and personal fulfillment through the realization of their career goals and life ambitions. Karen partners closely with each individual to tailor a unique program that supports the whole person.

She is a volunteer career strategist for the Eagle Exchange at Boston College, a volunteer career coach for The Boston Club, a group mentor for The Boston Club ‘45’ Mentoring Program, a mentor for the National Association of Asian American Professionals, a group mentor for Women in the Enterprise of Science & Technology, a volunteer career coach for One Family, a fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, and a member of the Women’s Mental Health Leadership Council at McLean Hospital.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College and numerous certificates from Harvard Medical School (Mind Body Medicine) and the University of Pennsylvania (Positive Psychology). Karen is an MBTI® Certified Practitioner and certified by the VIA Institute on Character to deliver its Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice program. She is also a Designing Your Life (DYL) Certified Coach.
