Kelly Kennedy

Kelly has served as the Director of Transformative Learning and Career Education Faculty for undergraduate students at the University of Connecticut School of Business, since 2008. Kelly is also a Senior Career Coach Consultant at MCG Partners in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, Kelly worked as an outplacement consultant at Right Management Inc. and served as the Vice President of Development for DBM, Inc. She has been a staff member at the American Red Cross, the University of Hartford, the University of Maine, Fitchburg State College, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and Providence College. Kelly’s undergraduate degree is from Merrimack College. She graduated with a master’s in organizational Behavior from the Barney School of Business, University of Hartford. She is a 2024 doctoral candidate in leadership and change from Baylor University, researching meaningful work for Generation Z. Kelly is a 10-year member of the Advisory Board of The Connecticut Forum. She is the 2009 recipient of the Rotary International’s Paul Harris Award, West Hartford Rotary given for her extraordinary service to the community. She was awarded the 2006 Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under 40 honors. She lives with her husband, Bobby, in West Hartford.
