With a deep commitment to youth development and social innovation, Michael has played a pivotal role in founding two social enterprises. These organizations are dedicated to equipping young individuals with essential soft skills, entrepreneurship support, and personal coaching. His extensive experience includes advising and developing strategies for more than 200 social entrepreneurs and over 10 non-governmental organizations (NGOs), drawing on his broad network and in-depth knowledge across various sectors.
Michael earned a Master of Social Sciences in Non-Profit Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Currently, Michael serves as a program manager at Generation Hong Kong, a prominent global non-profit focused on empowering young people to forge successful careers. In this role, he manages the JC PROcruit C project, which provides first-time job seekers with critical employability skills and career guidance. Additionally, he holds a part-time position as a lecturer and coach at The Education University of Hong Kong. There, he instructs and mentors students engaged in social innovation capstone projects and workshops.
