She is the principal consultant of Leadership Presence in Singapore where as a Human Resource Development specialist, she is passionate about helping companies develop employee engagement and improve company performance (eg in customer service) via improving leadership practices, more effective performance management, career development and process improvement. She has a Masters in Human Development (Human Resource Development) from George Washington University, USA.
She is committed to helping individuals who are trying to figure out their career, life paths and transitions. She has revamped a program at a Singapore university to incorporate Design Your Life principles to prepare their undergraduates to better plan for their personal and professional development.
