Following a corporate career (last position was Group HR Director of a FTSE 5 company in the UK), I launched my coaching and mentoring practice in 2012. I am the co-founder of The Coaching House and I am a mentor at Merryck&Co. My clients are typically C suite and C suite -1 of medium to large multinationals. I provide 121 coaching and support teams on their journey of becoming value adding leadership teams. My approach is very eclectic and I am inspired by a variety of sources.
I am a Belgian national (Flemish) living in the UK (South West of London) since 1994. I am married and blessed with having a wonderful wife (child psychotherapist), two daughters, sons in law and three grandchildren.
My hobbies are mainly playing the (electric) guitar, trying to master golf, culture and arts, supporting sports teams (football and rugby).
I practice Qigong and Focusing, supporting my well being.
