With 15+ years of corporate HR and DEI leadership, I’ve shaped cultures and empowered leaders at some of the world’s most dynamic organizations, including Salesforce, Amazon, and Ford Motor Company. My expertise spans Talent Management, Leadership Development, DEI&B, and Organizational Strategy—always with a human-centric, impact-driven approach.

I’m not just about business; I’m about people. That passion led me to earn a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and today, I coach high-impact leaders worldwide—emerging and established—helping them unlock transformational growth. I’m also a Certified Executive Life Coach and currently expanding my expertise into Artificial Intelligence, because the future of work is here.
