Abbe brings more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching, talent assessment, acquisition and onboarding, and learning design, development, and delivery across industries, levels, functions and geographies. Abbe specializes in needs assessments, L&D roadmap designs, and delivery of high impact coaching and learning experiences. She provides 1:1 coaching with executives, mid-level managers, and new supervisors seeking purpose and a growth mindset, and facilitates in-person and virtual workshops/webinars for cohorts to improve team collaboration, leadership skills, performance, and development.
Abbe holds a MA in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity and a BA in Business. She is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Stanford University-certified Designing Your Life (DYL) Coach, certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) and trained in DISC, TKI, The Leadership Circle Profile, and other assessment tools. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
