With almost two decades in career advising, I began my career at Harvard Law School, helping students create career plans that were coherent with their personal values. I later worked for over a decade as an HR Trainer, promoting employee engagement for corporations, nonprofits, and federal agencies.
I help clients navigate the decision-making process to realize their professional and personal potential. I am skilled in career coaching, career transition, life design, and navigating neurodiversity. I work with clients ranging from high school students to retirees. My goal is for each client to recognize their own power of self-efficacy to develop clarity around and confidence in their goal achievement.
From facilitating creative decision-making around major life changes to helping clients build the social capital they need to reach their career goals, making connections is my jam. I believe that prototyping experiences build awareness of personal strengths and lay the groundwork for success. I believe that building community enhances social impact and life satisfaction.
I am a Designing Your Life Certified Coach and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, and have lived in three foreign countries and seven US states. In my downtime, you will find me savoring Scandinavian novelists, bucatini pasta, and mountain vistas.
