At Peloton, Andrea established the company’s inaugural UX research team, transforming it into an 18-member powerhouse that played a pivotal role in achieving a 5X increase in subscribers and launching groundbreaking product features. Her results-oriented approach extends to her coaching, where she empowers researchers, product teams, and executives to tackle complex challenges, enhance research capabilities, and convert insights into actionable strategies.

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Marketing Research and Analytics from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Penn State University.
