I was born and raised in Colorado and have been fortunate to spend over two decades contributing to Denver’s growth and success. My journey began as an Auditor with Deloitte, leading me to roles as Controller and CFO. As a CPA, I have always strived to make an impact on my community. This passion led me to find the CFO and Controllers Roundtable in 2006, serve as the Chair for the Colorado Society of CPAs and Treasurer for Girl Scouts of Colorado.
I cherish the experiences of mentoring young professionals and guiding my peer to find the success professional and personally they seek. In my role as the Mindset of Leadership Founder and Owner I have the privilege of coaching diverse teams, ranging from US Military to Fortune 500 companies. It’s been a journey of mutual learning, where I have emphasized the importance of teamwork, self-awareness and growth.
As an entrepreneur for the past 14 years, I have built a network of incredible professionals and found freedom to build my best life and I am passionate about sharing. My guiding philosophy is straightforward: “Listen, provide value, and cherish every relationship.” I believe in empowering everyone to design a life filled with purpose and vision.
