Ariela Morgenstern is a BECI and ICF-certified executive communications coach who specializes in bringing intention and vitality to professionals’ leadership presence. Pulling from her 20+ years of professional performance experience, she uses her knowledge of actor training, codified body movement analysis, and vocal pedagogy to help others communicate with clarity. As a member of the professional faculty at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Ariela teaches Leadership Communications classes for the MBA and Executive Education programs. As lead faculty coach and program manager for the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (BECI), she facilitates custom programs to help lead change within organizations.
In addition to leadership coaching, she is also a director and acting coach for Stanford University, Berkeley Repertory School of Theatre, and her own long-standing Singing Actor Studio in San Francisco. Ariela was recently awarded her master’s degree in Communication Studies at San Francisco State University, where she researched the effects of dominant norms surrounding executive presence, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from UC Santa Cruz.
