Brian is passionate about mission and vision alignment. He has served as a senior leader in Christian higher education for more than 20 years and has seen firsthand the progress that can be made when there is alignment between who you are, what you believe and what you do.
Brian recently led the establishment of a Center for Calling and Career Development on his university campus which includes the infusion of life design into the overall student experience. As staff and faculty began to see what life design was doing for students, they asked for the program to be expanded to include tools for designing work life. It really is never too late to design a life that you love.
Brian loves to work with anyone looking to design lives of purpose and meaning in order to contribute to renewal and restoration in the world.
