Specifically, she works with mid-career professionals who, after climbing career ladders or wandering through various jobs, are still looking to find work that hits the impact – passion – skills trifecta. If you’ve ever panic-wondered, “What am I doing with my life?”, then you’re in the right place! Cara’s passion for this niche comes from her own career journey. She spent the first decade of her career iterating her way through roles in the education sector (classroom teacher, program manager, learning experience designer, you name it!) but never finding her best fit job. Thanks to tools like Designing Your Life, she found her way to coaching and is still pinching herself. Her coaching style involves a lot of personal reflection and mindset work along with tangible exercises and assessments that help you see where you are, where you want to be, and what steps will help you build forward. Cara is also a faith-filled mom to two little boys and lives with her husband and family in the Boston area.
