Claudia enables humans to design their professional future in a rapidly changing world of work. Fascinated by digital and agile transformation, she strongly believes that in times of constant change, seeking to create the perfect master plan for a successful career and a happy life is no longer the best choice. A more agile approach to career and life development are more promising. In her coaching practice she combines scientifically proven classical methods from career diagnostics and counseling with elements from design thinking, life design and positive psychology. She works for entrepreneurs, executives and professionals who are looking for a significant transformation in their careers and lives beyond. Prior to her “second career” in coaching and career counseling Claudia spent over 10 years in innovation and transformation consulting. This is where she learned from the scratch what it means to accompany humans through change processes and deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. Claudia holds a master’s degree from University of Zurich (Switzerland) and has completed various further education programs in the areas of career counseling, coaching, life design and design thinking.
