Crystal Senter-Brown
Career Coach | Certified CliftonStrengths Facilitator | Author | Educator
For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people discover their purpose, build confidence, and create a life and career that feels both successful and joyful. As a Certified Career Coach, CliftonStrengths Facilitator, and soon-to-be Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, I bring a unique blend of experience, strategy, and creativity to my coaching practice.
I currently serve as Director of the Sullivan Career and Life Planning Center at Bay Path University, where I have coached hundreds of students and professionals through career transitions, leadership development, and personal growth. My coaching style is warm, strengths-based, and practical—I believe in equipping every client with tools they can use immediately to move forward with clarity and courage.
Beyond my professional role, I am also a published author of children’s books and poetry, a podcast host (Passion, Purpose, and Paychecks), and a speaker who inspires audiences to dream big and take brave steps toward their goals. I know what it means to reinvent yourself, to return to school later in life, and to pursue dreams that once felt out of reach. My mission is simple: to help you see the possibilities, align your strengths with your purpose, and design a career—and life—that you truly love.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me writing, creating art inspired by my mother’s legacy as a painter, or exploring new ways to bring joy, innovation, and creativity into the world of work.
Let’s work together to uncover your strengths, ignite your passion, and build the future you’ve been waiting for.
