Dana is a career coach who works with recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and those planning encore careers to find meaningful work and integrate it with their lives. Known for her positive, realistic, and strengths-based approach, Dana aims to help others present themselves authentically and professionally. She is skilled at identifying ways for people to improve their interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills in the workplace and the community. She has coached many people through career transitions they have chosen and those that have come up unexpectedly. Dana brings creativity, empathy, and learning from positive psychology research to her coaching at Wellesley College and Harvard Business School. She holds an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from Middlebury College in Vermont.
