I specialize in helping individuals aged 50+ to create uniquely fulfilling “encore careers.” Such career transitions often seek a better balance of sustained income, personal fulfillment, and meaningful social impact. My approach begins with assisting clients to discover their career “true north” and identify opportunities that resonate with their passions, strengths, and stage of life. My own journey started with an MBA from the Harvard Business School, leading to a diverse career spanning international banking, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and C-Suite roles in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. However, rather than retiring, I wished to dedicate the next stage of my life to helping others find and realize their own “impossible” dreams. The result: I’m now living my dream – and love helping others find and live their own!
