With over 15 years in human resources leadership, Devony takes a practical, people-first approach to coaching. She’s extensively trained in daring leadership through her work with the Brené Brown Research and Education Group, ADHD coaching, and is now certified in Designing Your Life, helping clients harness their strengths and build careers and lives on their own terms.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, she brings both professional know-how and her experience as a mom of two to create a coaching space that feels warm, grounded, and judgment-free.
