Proof that careers can be resilient and sustainable, Eric combines his personal, business and coaching knowledge together. Mid-career, Eric worked in technology companies in human resources and client-facing roles in the US and Europe, moved to the Netherlands where he was a graduate university director of admissions and career adviser; and where he helped found a consultancy that explores complexity in governance, conflict and sustainable development. Returning home to Wisconsin, Eric acquired and rebuilt an artisan eco-packaging manufacturing company, and concurrently, running the human resources committee for a group of renowned urban environmental education centers. Eric is coaching individuals with their Sustainable Career Visioning and Modeling, Job Search Strategy and Execution, Job Performance and Positioning, and Job and Post-Career Transitioning.
