Gaia Costantino

Gaia is a marketing consultant with 12+ years in startups and corporations such as Vodafone and Amazon. She is a coach and mentor for professionals, students and entrepreneurs.

She’s the CEO and co-founder of Women Lead, an organization aiming to promote and spread entrepreneurial and digital skills among women in South Italy, providing also coaching and mentoring programs.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a Master’s in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge University. She has worked as a Product Manager and Marketing Manager with start-ups and corporate companies operating in the digital industry.

At Vodafone Italy, she was responsible for the whole P&L, go-to-market and go-to-sales strategies of the mobile and digital solutions for business customers. She then moved to Amazon, where she was part of the start-up team of the advertising division and strengthened her digital marketing competence, working with global companies in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry such as P&G, L’Oreal, Philips and Reckitt Benckiser. In the last two years at Amazon, she covered the Account Management Vertical Lead role, managing a team of 14 senior professionals.

Gaia provides consultancy and teaches marketing and leadership topics to students, professionals, middle managers and C-level. She has mentored Italian and international professionals and start-ups for over 7 years.
