Gary Anello

Gary supports LGBTQ+ leaders and executives through career transitions, and leadership and other professional challenges. In addition to his coaching practice, Gary is the Leadership and Career Development Manager for Germany’s top-rated Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program. Gary brings a unique empathy and focus to his coaching, combining an MA in Human Rights (UK, 2009), a 20+ year career as a professionally trained actor in the US (BA, Theatre, 1986), and over a decade training and facilitating in communication skills and human rights education in Egypt, Italy, Germany and the UK. Gary’s journey across three continents over the past 20 years has been integral to his approach to coaching: His interest in the intersection of leadership, resilience, authenticity, and powerful storytelling inform how he listens to and supports his clients through their demanding transitions. He especially appreciates the progress working from upheaval to growth to transformation. He and ICF-credentialed ACC, a certified ICP Agile Coach and Team Facilitator, Certified Birkman Consultant, and Certified Executive FiRE Practitioner (Executive Resilience).
