Genevieve Heng is a Certified Life Design Coach and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, bringing over 20 years of investing experience across South East Asia, India and China into her coaching practice. She is also a Board Director and co-founder of an investment company, giving her direct experience as an entrepreneur and business owner.
As a fund manager, Genevieve spent two decades mentoring founders and business owners on strategy, finance, talent and leadership. She partners with executives, entrepreneurs and professionals navigating career and life transitions. Having pivoted to a fractional, portfolio career herself, she also understands firsthand the challenges of redesigning life and work beyond full time employment. She has also worked closely with female executives to help them challenge limiting beliefs and build confidence in how they lead.
Genevieve is passionate about walking alongside people as they discover their own answers and step into their next chapter with clarity. She is a Certified Practitioner of NLP and a Certified Mental Toughness Coach, and is trained in conflict coaching. She previously volunteered as a mentor to finance professionals and continues to serve as a mediator with non-profit organisations.
