I love helping people to design new life chapters infused with a sense of meaning and purpose. I believe that people are happiest when engaged in work that fits them and is a positive part of a well-lived life. Through a process of getting curious, trying new things and reframing our thinking, it is always possible to create positive change, no matter how “trapped” you feel. Career coaching is an action-based collaborative process where we work together to consider your interests and strengths, personality, values, lifestyle and existing and desired life roles. In addition to being a DYL coach, I have 25 years in higher education working as an academic advisor, professional mentor to at-risk college students, professor and career counselor. I work with people of all ages and career development stages. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services and I am a Certified Career Counselor through the National Career Development Association.
