I’ve been supporting women in exploring and telling their career story for over 15 years in a variety of settings. My work is grounded in a deep love of people as complicated, curious, dynamic, messy beings. I work to meet people where they are and honor their unique lens, values, and strengths. Going through transitions and working through career choices with coherence can be a vulnerable process, and I feel honored to walk through these moments with my clients.
I help people reflect on their common denominator and learn to translate it into a nugget to communicate toward their story. I find my ‘flow’ in brainstorming, collaboration, and connection. I love to help share a reframe or new perspective, often with a funny analogy. I believe we learn best when we are having fun. We get this one life; I gain joy in supporting people with the aim of living their work-life well.
In addition to my DYL Coach Certification, I hold a master’s in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and have worked at several prestigious schools in the Philadelphia suburbs supporting college students through mid-life professionals in their next step, with a specialty in graduate admission essays.
