Jessica Robinson Gemm is an coach and strategic consultant who is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their full potential.
She spent over ten years inside the non-profit sector, as a fundraiser, policy liaison, human resource director, recruiter, team leader, trainer, and facilitator. Since 2009, she has worked as a consultant, providing strategic guidance on people, HR, and culture; and as a coach working with exceptional leaders and career changers.
As a coach, Jessica works with individual clients on their goals, both personal and professional. She specializes in partnering with people facing transitions in their lives, such as a new role or path, increased leadership demands, and personal transformations. And in the realm of career coaching, Jessica brings a depth of expertise in hiring to help clients identify their priorities, and then put their best selves forward with confidence on a pathway that meets their needs.
Jessica is a Massachusetts native, and she and her husband now live in Colorado Springs with their two children. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago, and of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, with a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation.
