Jessy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Leadership Coach who partners with courageous, mission-driven leaders to deepen their impact and inspiration. She brings a wealth of operational experience spanning start-ups, large corporations, and more than a decade in professional and leadership development at McKinsey & Co. Drawing on this broad and deep understanding of leadership excellence, Jessy serves clients across various organizations.

Jessy works with individual executives, non-profit leaders, teams, and cohorts to cultivate self-awareness, clarity, and intentional leadership. With an individualized approach, Jessy supports clients to translate insights into conscious leadership and intentional action—enabling leaders to inspire others, drive meaningful results, and lead with authenticity and presence. She holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School; she completed her coach training at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Jessy is certified in MBTI, EQ-i 2.0, Holding Space Facilitation (The NEBO Company), and Equine Facilitated Learning (The Herd Institute), and serves as regional leader for ICF in Northern Virginia.
