Joanna Bressel-Wilder coaches individuals and organizations to effectively navigate life and work transitions. Her path to DYL began during her own career crossroads, when a coach introduced her to the methodology which helped clarify her priorities and create a roadmap which redefined what success meant both professionally and personally. That transformation inspires her to help others do the same.

With nearly 20 years as an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Leader and an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business, Joanna is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) dedicated to guiding clients through life’s pivotal moments. She works with individuals reimagining their next steps and leaders building teams, helping them create cultures and lives that embrace both achievement and fulfillment.

Her multicultural perspective, shaped by Polish roots, childhood in Panama, and fluency in three languages, enriches her approach to fostering inclusive environments. Joanna believes her transition experiences, combined with her OE expertise and DYL methodology, have built her strong track record of helping people turn challenging transitions into opportunities for growth.

In her personal time, she enjoys being a mother of two daughters, spending time with family and friends, volunteering in her local community, advocating for gender equity, traveling, indulging in creative projects, and culinary adventures.
